About Wild Stone Bakery: Wild Stone Bakery provides locally sourced organic craft sourdough breads and pastries, seasonal tarts and bagels in Santa Cruz. 

Wildstone was developed from a need to retrieve great tasting bread. They have found that by a long and slow fermentation they could achieve amazing flavors that rarely get developed with faster methods of production, and as an extra bonus it improves the digestibility of bread. Wildstone uses organic flours and local fruits from small farms for its tarts and pastries. Their recipes are inspired from travel and are based in Boulder Creek.
